Booking & Payment
- Reservation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (amount specified at booking).
- Final Payment: Due 30 days before departure.
- Methods: We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
- Price Changes: Prices may adjust due to currency changes or unforeseen costs. We aim to keep any increases minimal.
Cancellations & Refunds
- By Traveler: Must be in writing. Fees apply based on notice period before departure.
- By Borsippa: If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund. We aren’t responsible for additional costs like non-refundable flights.
- Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel Documents & Health
- Passports/Visas: You are responsible for valid documents and visas.
- Health: You must meet all health and vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 regulations.
Liability
- Our Role: We act as an agent for service providers and are not responsible for their actions.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for issues caused by events beyond our control.
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for your conduct and compliance with local laws.
Itinerary Changes
- Flexibility: Itineraries may change due to circumstances.
- Acceptance: Booking indicates your agreement to possible changes.
Complaints
- Resolution: Notify your guide or our office promptly so we can help resolve any concerns.
Privacy
- Data Use: Your information is used only to process bookings and deliver services. We do not share data without consent.
